Shelf life is 1 year at -18°C. Once thawed, shelf life is 48 hours at +2°C to +4°C.

Preferably cooked in industrial speed ovens for 20 seconds. In a microwave, 800 watts for 40 seconds is recommended.

Thaws within 4 to 6 hours in a 4°C display refrigerator. Thawing must always be done in the display refrigerator.
