Bilge Çiftliği Food Products Industry and Trade Limited Company was founded in 2015 by Bilge Altınmakas Özgenoğlu, a Chemical Engineer and Food Hygiene Expert, backed by years of experience in the food industry. Starting its journey by supplying products to small businesses, Bilge Çiftliği now takes pride in serving major food companies. The company produces sandwiches, bakery products, and anacks using high-quality, natural, and safe ingredients, following unique recipes. These products are manufactured in a 300 m² production area located in Bornova-Işıkkent, İzmir, and are sold throughout Turkey, with İzmir as the central hub. Bilge Çiftliği's clientele includes trend-setting cafes and third-generation coffee shops, as well as canteens, catering companies, and other businesses excluding restaurants. Its delicious menu features Cold Sandwiches, Frozen Sandwiches, Front Desk Snacks, Healthy Snacks, Frozen Berliners, Donuts, and Cakes.

Since its inception, Bilge Çiftliği's efforts and success in the food sector have been recognized with three awards. In 2015, Bilge Çiftliği's packaging was featured in the international firms' selection of outstanding packaging on the Packaging of The World website, shared worldwide. The company then won the First Prize in the "Small Businesses" category of the "Anatolian Brands" competition organized by Capital and Economist magazines in 2016. In 2017, our founder Bilge Altınmakas Özgenoğlu, was selected as one of the top 20 Female Entrepreneurs under Facebook's She Means Business initiative.
