Shelf life is 1 year at -18°C. Once thawed, shelf life is 48 hours at +2°C to +4°C.

Preferably in industrial rapid cookers, 20 seconds is recommended. In a microwave, it is advised to use 800 W for 40 seconds.

Thaws within 1 to 2 hours in a 4°C refrigerator. Thawing process must always be done in a 4°C refrigerator.
